Remodeling of Woodinville Home
This home had a standard door between the kitchen and dining room. I recommended removing about 5 feet of the dividing wall, leaving a 18” corner to prevent seeing the kitchen from the seating area in the living room. Otherwise, it definitely has that open floor plan feel between the dining room and kitchen which everyone loves!
The carpet was removed and hardwood floors were refinished adding off white 6” craftsman baseboards and cool lattice work on the stair railing leading to lower level.
The hand railing was finished in the same wood stain as the floor. The compliment of the warm wood, sparkling white kitchen cabinets and Corian white countertops all create a peaceful and efficient cooking space.
